个人简介 

刘胜,男,汉族,中共党员,致力于电子材料与器件基础和应用研究,涉及多铁磁电功能材料与器件、微波吸收材料以及电磁兼容技术等。湖南省青年骨干教师培养对象,校级学术骨干,校青年先进科技工作者;主持国家自然科学基金、湖南省教育厅优秀青年项目以及多项企业技术合作技术开发项目,参与国家重点研发计划和省重大专项等省部级项目。
